CoupevilleAs the only public pier in Penn Cove, the Coupeville Wharf is your option for overnight moorage. The dock is about 200′ and can hold about 10 or 12 average size boats, in addition there are four buoys not far from the wharf. Showers and restrooms are in the main building on the wharf and great little coffee shop for your morning caffeine fix! The view from the wharf, the dock or any of the waterfont area’s in town is amazing. Penn Cove by itself is full of natural beauty and Mt. Baker is sitting there staring at you. Although there is no power or water on the dock, there is a pump out station, gas and diesel on site. Coupeville is a picturesque Northwest harbor town. It has been used in movies over the years (Practical Magic) and really exudes a wonderful charm. There are several shops, you should take time to wander through all of them. The back bar was originally brought around the horn and has resided in Fort Warden officers club, Fort Casey and the Central Hotel in Coupeville. When the Hotel had a fire, it was then moved to its current location at Toby’s. Good pub food and vibe (cold beer too). The Oystercatcher is a place with much more than oysters. New ownership (Dec ’14) has created a great energy here. The Front Street Grill has live music on Wednesdays. Port of Coupeville
