EgmontEgmont is the perfect spot to use as your last stop before you head up to Princess Louisa or up and around to Desolation Sound. There are a couple guest moorage options here in Egmont.
The Backeddy Resort and Marina has fuel, power and water. The restaurant is nice and the bar is quite memorable. They also have cabins so you friends can come vist, heck maybe take them up to Princess Louisa for a day trip.
Bathgate’s General Store and Marina has fuel, power and water as well and the store has all the essentials to re-stock if you are continuing north.
Just up the path from the Backeddy and not a long walk from Bathgates is the West Coast Wilderness Lodge, a simply amazing view from the deck. Pop up for lunch or just an afternoon cocktail and soak up the natural beauty of Jervis Inlet.
